Terms of Service

Weak2Fit is an app that uses artificial intelligence to build workout programs and meal plans from the information you give it. Some people use Weak2Fit through a personal trainer or gym (a Trainer). The Trainer is an independent business, not part of Kallisto Digital LLC, and is responsible for its own services to you.

Weak2Fit does not give medical advice and is not a substitute for a doctor, physical therapist or registered dietitian. Read the Health Disclaimer before you train or change how you eat. It is part of these terms.

You must be at least 18 years old. Give us accurate information and keep it current, because your calorie targets and workouts depend on it. You are responsible for your password and for what happens under your account. Tell us right away at support@weak2fit.com if you think someone else has used it.

Some features need a paid plan. The price, billing period and what is included are shown before you pay. Paid plans renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time in the app or by emailing support@weak2fit.com; access continues to the end of the period you already paid for. Unless the law requires it or we say otherwise at purchase, payments are not refunded for time already used. We may change prices for future periods with advance notice.

If you sign up for Weak2Fit directly, you start with a 7-day trial. A card is required, and you are charged when the trial ends unless you cancel first. If you cancel before the trial ends, you are not charged. If you were charged by mistake or forgot to cancel, email support@weak2fit.com within 7 days of the charge and we will refund that first payment. Prices are in US dollars, and sales tax may be added where required.

If you joined through a Trainer, the Trainer may set or collect the price. Their terms for that payment apply alongside these.

How we handle your information is described in the Privacy Policy. If you use Weak2Fit through a Trainer, they can see information about you as described there. You give us permission to use the information you enter to run the service for you.

Workouts, meal plans, coaching notes and suggestions are created by AI. They can be wrong, incomplete or unsuitable for you. You are responsible for deciding whether to follow them. Check anything that matters, such as allergies, with a qualified person.

Weak2Fit, its software, design and the content we generate for the service belong to us or our licensors. We give you a personal, limited, non-transferable right to use them for your own training while your account is active. You keep ownership of what you put in, such as your measurements and notes.

Exercise and changes to eating carry a risk of injury or other harm. You use Weak2Fit at your own risk and choose your own weights, pace and food. Stop and get medical help if something feels wrong.

We may change, pause or stop features, and we may suspend or end accounts that break these terms or put others at risk. You may stop using Weak2Fit and delete your account at any time. We do not promise the service will always be available or error free.

Weak2Fit is provided as is and as available. To the fullest extent the law allows, we do not make any promise about results, accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose.

To the fullest extent the law allows, Kallisto Digital LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Texas, and you and we agree to their jurisdiction. Please contact support@weak2fit.com first so we can try to sort it out.

We may update these terms. If a change is significant we will tell you in the app or by email. Using Weak2Fit after a change means you accept it.
