Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Kallisto Digital LLC (we, us) collects when you use Weak2Fit, what we do with it, and the choices you have.
What we collect
- Account details: name, email, optional phone number, password (stored as a secure hash), time zone.
- Body and health information you enter: date of birth, sex, height, weight, body fat, measurements, goals, injuries and limitations, and any progress photos you add.
- Training and food information: equipment, locations, workouts and results, check-ins and notes, food preferences, allergies, meals and meal plans.
- Things you write to us, such as feedback and support messages.
- Basic technical data: device and browser type, and usage and error logs needed to run and secure the service.
Sensitive information
Some of what you enter relates to your health. We use it only to build your plans and run the features you use, and you choose what to share. You can leave optional items blank.
How we use it
- To create and adjust your workouts and meal plans, and to run check-ins and progress tracking.
- To run, secure, support and improve the service, including fixing errors and measuring what it costs to run.
- To contact you about your account, and about the service when you have asked for it.
- To meet legal obligations.
AI processing
To create your plans we send the relevant information you entered, such as goals, limits, equipment and food preferences, to our AI model provider, currently Anthropic (Claude), only to produce your results. Under the commercial terms we use, that data is not used to train their models.
Your Trainer or gym
If you joined through a Trainer or gym, they can see your account information and the progress, plans and check-in information needed to coach you. If you are unsure what your Trainer can see, ask them or write to us.
Who else handles your data
We use service providers to run Weak2Fit, such as database and hosting, AI, automation, email and payment services. They may handle your information only to provide their service to us. We may also share information if the law requires it, to protect people or the service, or in a sale or merger of the business. We do not sell your personal information.
How long we keep it
We keep your information while your account is open. When you ask us to delete your account we delete or anonymize your personal information, except what we must keep for legal, tax or security reasons. Backups clear out over time.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards, including encryption in transit and access controls. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
To make a request, email privacy@weak2fit.com. We may need to confirm it is you. Depending on where you live you may have additional rights under local law, and we will honor them.
- See and edit most of your information in the app under Your info and Settings.
- Ask for a copy of your information, or ask us to correct or delete it.
- Ask to close your account.
- Opt out of marketing email using the link in the message.
Age
Weak2Fit is for people 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you think a child has given us information, tell us and we will delete it.
Cookies and storage
We use cookies and similar browser storage to keep you signed in and remember your settings. We do not use them for third-party advertising.
Changes
We may update this policy. If a change is significant we will tell you in the app or by email. The date at the top shows the latest version.
