Not medical advice

Weak2Fit gives general fitness and nutrition information. It does not diagnose, treat or prevent any condition, and it does not create a doctor and patient, dietitian and client, or trainer and client relationship with Kallisto Digital LLC.

Talk to a professional first if

  • You have a medical condition, an injury or pain, or you are recovering from surgery.
  • You are pregnant or recently gave birth.
  • You take medication, or have a heart, blood pressure, blood sugar or breathing problem.
  • You have a history of disordered eating, or a food allergy or intolerance.
  • You have not exercised in a long time.

AI makes mistakes

Your workouts and meal plans are created by AI from the answers you give. The AI can misjudge your ability, suggest an exercise that does not suit you, get nutrition numbers wrong, or miss an allergy. The limits and injuries you enter are used to shape your plan, but they are not a guarantee. Always use your own judgment, and follow instructions from your doctor or therapist over anything in the app.

Train and eat safely

  • Warm up, use a weight you can control, and stop if you feel sharp pain, dizziness, chest pain or unusual shortness of breath.
  • Call your local emergency number for an emergency. Weak2Fit cannot respond to one.
  • Check every ingredient against your allergies before you eat it.
  • Calorie and protein targets are estimates. Your needs may differ.
  • Do not follow a plan that feels unsafe for you. Change it, skip it or ask a professional.

Results vary

We do not promise any result. Progress depends on many things we cannot control, including your health, effort, sleep and consistency.
